Senior Research Consultant
Esha has over a decade of experience working in both private and public sector. She has expertise in project management with international donors, on public-private partnerships, and on start-up. She is experienced in developing communications and corporate responsibility strategies.
Lea has extensive experience implementing economic recovery and empowerment programmes for non-profits and social enterprises across South East Asia and the Middle East, as well as founding and managing a small business in Cambodia. She has expertise in small business support and private sector development, vocational training and employment.
Tom is a freelance monitoring and evaluation expert with some ten years of experience working in private sector development. He is currently based in Colorado, working on projects relating to market systems development, impact investment, forestry, climate change, and biodiversity conservation.
Syeda Samira Saif
Samira is an MRM practitioner with over ten years of experience in the field of market systems development with a focus on results measurement and women’s economic empowerment. She has extensive experience in designing, managing and implementing DCED and OECD compliant MRM systems and WEE frameworks in a range of private sector and governance programs.
Chloe Ione Stull-Lane
Chloe is a market systems expert with 15 years professional and academic experience in development research, policy and practice. She has worked extensively with businesses, foundations, social impact investors, government agencies, development partners, civil society and multilateral organizations to benefit poverty reduction for marginalized areas and populations.
