DevLearn provided support to SIPPO, a trade promotion programme in Serbia, to develop and institutionalise a monitoring, evaluation, and learning system.
The Swiss Import Promotion Programme (SIPPO) supports sustainable and inclusive trade in Serbia by working with Business Support Organisations (BSOs) to improve their export promotion services.
DevLearn was commissioned to improve SIPPO’s monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) system. This included:
- Developing a new MEL system, tools, and workplan.
- Providing training to SIPPO and their partners on how to use this system.
- Providing ongoing support on measurement and reporting.
