DevLearn leads the monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) efforts as part of the consortium, which is led by DAI and provides technical assistance, grants, and demand-driven support to Mozambique, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam in Phase 1. Our work focuses on:
- Reforming coastal and marine management planning and policy.
- Catalysing inclusive projects that promote coastal stewardship and livelihoods.
- Integrating climate and ocean-related themes across FCDO initiatives.
We design and implement MEL systems and strategies at both the programme and country levels.
