The co-founders of DevLearn, Adam and Nayeem, bring experience in multiple programmes and countries. We work with a carefully selected network of Associate Consultants, internationally renowned experts in the sectors we work in.

Managing Partner

Esha has over a decade of experience working in both private and public sector.  She has expertise in project management with international donors, on public-private partnerships,  and on start-up. She is experienced in developing communications and corporate  responsibility strategies.

John Clifford 

 Associate Consultant

John has more than 25 years of experience in consultancy, focusing mainly on small business support, private sector development and business environment reform in Europe, Africa and Asia. He worked on numerous privatization and restructuring projects in central and eastern Europe as well.

Tom Hilton

 Associate Consultant

Tom  is a freelance monitoring and evaluation expert with some ten years of experience working in private sector development. He is currently based in Colorado, working on projects relating to market systems development, impact investment, forestry, climate change, and biodiversity conservation.
