Innovations Against Poverty (IAP) Evaluation Partner

DevLearn was selected as the evaluation partner for the third phase of the Sida-funded Innovations Against Poverty (IAP) Challenge Fund. The fund supports private sector-led innovation in Cambodia, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Zambia to address poverty and promote environmental sustainability through inclusive business models.

Following our mid-term evaluation of IAP 2.0 in 2019, DevLearn was re-engaged to conduct a longitudinal evaluation of IAP 3.0, covering both mid-term and endline phases. Our team of international and local consultants carries out stakeholder interviews, document reviews, and analysis of 20 innovative business models – primarily in the agricultural sector.
