DevLearn conducted a mid-term review of RECONOMY, a regional market systems programme aimed at facilitating inclusive and green economic development across eleven countries in Eastern Europe and the Western Balkans.
The review assessed programme performance against OECD-DAC evaluation criteria and examined progress in areas such as youth employment, women’s economic empowerment, and environmental sustainability. We engaged with team members, implementing partners, and external stakeholders to generate a robust analysis of achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
The final report included detailed recommendations to guide programme adaptation and improvement during the remainder of the implementation period.
