Members of our team support the SheSTEM programme as the MEL partners in a three-year, consortium-led initiative aimed at increasing women’s participation in STEM careers across Bangladesh. The programme promotes access to education and employment in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics for young women.
DevLearn oversees the MEL system by:
• Conducting baseline and annual endline assessments.
• Facilitating quarterly learning sessions.
• Supporting annual reporting and performance tracking.
• Developing and presenting case studies for international platforms.
