Strongim Bisnis Solomon Islands

DevLearn conducted a market systems assessment to support Phase III strategy development for the Strongim Bisnis programme in the Solomon Islands. The assignment focused on six sectors: cocoa, coconut, horticulture, waste management, tourism, and timber.

We developed a tailored market systems analysis (MSA) template designed for shallow markets, ensuring alignment with the programme’s strategic vision. The updated assessments informed sector-level planning and helped establish a consistent and coherent approach across all focal sectors.
